Sarah Lewandowski started teaching dance in the New York Tri-State area in 2015. Since then she has become full-time faculty at Thrive: The Essence of Dance for the past two years.
Sarah teaches all styles, from ballet, tap, acrobatics, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, musical theatre, dancer conditioning, and leaps and turns. She specializes in acrobatics, having an extensive background in the field gymnastics of having a strong competitive dance/acrobatic career herself. Her teaching style has a strong emphasis on athleticism and technique. She works with her dancers to not only let them grow through the art of dance but uses this to help them grow confidence that her students will carry for the rest of their lives. She is an award-winning choreographer and has trained award-winning dancers.
